My friend & I enjoyed our trip as Iona is a beautiful ship, but I would prefer a smaller one, I think that because of the size & amount of crew it certainly wasn’t as friendly (you very rarely see the same member of staff twice) Also we struggled with the new App system (being of the older generation) not what we wanted on a cruise, I love cruising & have been for 37 years, didn’t expect it to be so high tech, I am hoping that all your other ships aren’t going to be the same, there were a lot of passengers that the same way.
