This cruise, Azores/Portugal was realy good.
We found the Bolette, although on the small side, provides all the ingredients required to make a successful cruise, comfort, good food, a clean environment along with superb and varied entertainment, all provided by a crew that from top to bottom is dedicated to customer satisfaction, nothing is ever too much trouble and they are a credit to the Fred Olsen Line and the reason we will join them again in the future.
Unfortunately there was one huge blip concerning the cabin allocated to my daughter, 1887 on deck 1 (avoid at all costs) and In my opinion this cabin is only fit for use as a storage area but thanks to the immediate action taken by guest services, for which they deserve full credit, she was re-located, without fuss, within minutes.
