My wife and I had a great cruise over the Christmas and New Year on Arvia (2024/25).
The ship was great and we enjoyed the festivities very much.
The cabin was clean and was regularly maintained by the Cabin Steward.
He was very polite and informed us what was what and went out of his way to help us.
The shows in the theatre were great and we had seat either earlier or later.
For Christmas Day and New Year we chose a group table and both occasions we enjoyed the company of the passengers who joined us.
It was a very memorable 2 festive day!!
Restaurants were great and service was as usual great although on occasions was slow especially at lunch times even though when the ship was at port – thus less busy.
Couldn’t understand why this was the case.
We were allocated seats in the Meridian regularly without booking (apart from one occasion when we did book) by the particular lady staff who was there daily both at Lunch and Evening meal times – she generally found a seat for us right near or in the vicinity of the Servicing Station – AMAZING!!!
