After a very disappointing cruise on Arcadia in November we were very much looking forward to our cruise on Arvia.
It didn’t disappoint.
Beautiful ship, food, entertainment and lovely crew.
Unfortunately on Friday the 3rd June we had a bad experience in the Zenith restaurant.
We were on a table for 8 and the lady next to me had salad for starters.
Afer starting to eat she suddenly said I have a caterpillar in my salad.
I couldn’t believe it.
It wasn’t tiny, it was fat, grey and over 6cms long.
We were all horrified and so were the waiters.
I do not know the outcome of P O apology but it most certainly put us off salad for the rest of the cruise.
It had quite an effect on us.
We never told any passengers on the cruise and not family or friends on our return.
Its an image we do not want to talk about.
