We have just come back from a p o cruise on the Ventura.
I’ve been on loads of p o cruises but never experienced such bad service.
The glass house food was terrible, the Indian guy what was running it had a terrible attitude.
I’ve met him before on the Azura and he was so nice.
We complained about the steaks been terrible so he said he would give us free puddings but we didn’t want anymore food so he said he would give us free starters but the starters was nice and after that he never spoke to us.
The meal in the beach house was terrible, steak was tough and all cold.
Our room was clean and the cabin man was brilliant always, smiling and worked so hard.
There is so many cut back now on p o l would never waist my money going with them again.
The Indian staff and Asian staff were brilliant they made my holiday the trips we went on was very good and well organised.
Ventura is a 3 star ship in my opinion l will never go on her again.
