Very disappointing deluxe balcony cabin, Small, Dark and Depressing, Nothing like the pictures and description.
I was on D deck, Cabins on B deck are ok.
Don’t bother complaining to Reception staff or customer services, they hardly ever reply and don’t want to know.
The balcony was dark and never got the sun.
Metal screen meant that you cannot see the sea if sat down!!!!!! If the cabin was graded as a standard cabin at a lower price, then it would have been more acceptable P&O used to be a good company but have now decided to not accept Any complaints and don’t care if you never book another cruise with them.
