Excellent staff on boat from Cruise Director to Cabin staff.

On a couple of occasions the length of the journey , even one way, was longer than the actual visit.
eg needed more time at Black Forest to make journey worthwhile.
Most , not all guides , were excellent with lots of local knowledge etc Viking is a company I would really recommend.
Extension to Lucerne, however, very disappointing.
No way could we afford either of the two visits offered.
Amsterdam airport was awful in every way possible! This ending really spoiled an excellent trip.
