Recent trip to Canaries.
My first trip on Azura which is larger than I am used to.
Took a while to get my bearings.
The Public areas are well designed with the atrium as a focal point.
There are always plenty of people to chat to.
My inside cabin was well appointed and comfortable.
I have no problem with one cleaning per day l always tidy my cabin before leaving.
With the help of others we managed assemble a group of eight singles! We ate together in the Peninsular from day two.
We met in a bar one person booked a table and was given a pager.
It worked very well and the food and service was excellent.
A couple of minor dislikes – the prom deck is dysfunctional and too narrow (not yet got over losing Oriana!).
The Buffet is always busy at certain times not helped by the majority of tables being for six people which encourages people to chat long after eating.
The innovation of dealing with baggage I.e.
putting it outside the cabin and not seeing it again until leaving the home airport.
Brilliant!!
