Fabulous 2 weeks on Iona with near perfect weather conditions.
Overall the ship is bright , airy , spacious and easily navigated.
Our standard balcony cabin was perfect ! We couldn’t fault the food in the MDR , service was very good though at times we felt rushed.
Great variety of included alternative dining venues , we didn’t use the horizon buffet or beach house, however the others were very good .
We did eat in the Keel and Cow, Sindu, Epicurean and Limelight club, all were extra and required a booking .
They were excellent .
Many areas on the ship to relax and find a quiet spot .
The pool and deck areas were very busy with sun loungers crammed together .
The pools were a disappointment, small and quite cold ! Another disappointment to us was the lack of things to do on sea days.
Most talks seemed to be aimed at selling something.
No information given re ports.
Very tiny area for line dancing! The evening entertainment was very good.
Overall we felt very safe, service was excellent, andwe had a wonderful holiday .
