Preferred Arvia to Iona More to do for all ages Loved the 6th Street Diner and food in Horizon was hot tasty and cold cuts were fresh Service in MDRs very slow and a lot of staff untrained for the job and it showed! Shopping area rather crowded and not user-friendly for wheelchairs.
Can’t understand why Keel and Cow offer a paid breakfast when there are so many free eateries.
Also, a standard 45-minute wait for lunch is unacceptable especially as the Keel and Cow is never busy! Despite the negatives, I would use this ship again but not in term time as there were too many unruly kids left to their own devices!!
