This was my 22nd cruise, BUT first since covid lockdown, we hadn’t been abroad or onboard since.
Our 1st time on Britannia and 3rd time to the fjords.
We loved Britannia! It was at full capacity but never felt it.
We always got a nice seat in the theatre shows after 2nd sitting dinner, and a seat on deck when at sea.
We went 21 to 28 June so had fantastic weather in fjords ,so Flam and Stavanger looked amazing, the latter had a food festival around the harbour too while we were there.
The staff were friendly especially oriental waiters.
The fixed dining room didn’t seen very busy, perhaps others now prefer buffet or anytime dining these days
We ate at Epicurean, Beach House and Sindu during the 7n cruise, having formal night meals in main dining room when menu is better, and chance to dress up in tux and best dress.
Would sail on Britannia again despite testing covid positive after a sore throat when I got home!
