Fabulous holiday.
Excellent flights from Birmingham with Tui.
Premium was worth the extra in our opinion.
The embarkation was seamless – well done to P&O.
The cabin was immaculate but it was narrow (9245) we prefer the cabins on Azura, However the bathroom was good – bigger and with a proper shower cabinet.
The quality of the food overall was good, however not always very hot.
Never had a problem getting drinks, service was good.
Chef’s table event was rubbish.
Glad we hadn’t paid for it.
The Glass house was ok but not a patch on the one on Azura.
Two of our party of 8 are coeliac and the staff in the Zenith dining room were outstanding taking care of us both.
Nand, our waiter had served us on the Azura in 2023.
He was assisted by Armando.
Also Ruben who took our orders in advance to eat there the following day.
If we were eating elsewhere, he ensured we had the relevant menus delivered to our cabins to pre-order.
For the money we all thought it was excellent value .
Lots to do on the ship.
The crew were very hard working and customer focused.
