Firstly if you book through a travel agent you cannot access your saga account you have to book direct with saga.
TAXI FROM HOME AND RETURN-excellent
CABIN-standard on B deck-comfortable but very little space around the wardrobe.
CLIENTELLE-many previous saga cruisers,we are in our early 70’s but we felt young
SERVICE-around the ship from staff and crew excellent,we felt ship was a little small for us.
DINING-food excellent but strange way of filling tables in dining room.some saganaughts had same table every night which was eventually filled but they would be on a different course to what we would be eating.
SHUTTLES AND INCLUDED EXCURSIONS-some good some average
MEDICAL TEAM-excellent especially when someone collapsed at end of gangway waiting for shuttle.
ENTERTAINMENT-a bit mixed some very good some poor.difficult to get a decent seat in brittania lounge unless you ate early probably thats why a lot of people ate in the grill rather than the dining room.
SPECIALITY RESTAURANTS-very good,
SUMMARISE-very good cruise and worth the money but we felt a little bit young for this experience
