There is a lot of loud sound throughout the ship especially at night.
Muzak is not welcomed by us older ones.
In the Shows in the evening the band drowned out soloists and they turned the sound up so loud my husband took out his hearing aid and I wished I had earplugs!! The cabins are cosy, not quite enough drawer space, the ship is lovely.
There is a big lovely lounge at the front (equivalent to the Crow’s Nest) however it was nearly always being used for “private functions” so not available.
The spa was lovely and the food great.
We bought the second last Adaptor on board as we did not realize, nor can I find mention of it now when looking their their information, that their electic plugs are all American – or I think a European might have fitted, but I’m not sure on that one.
P&O, Navigator, Princess have all had 3 pin plugs.
The food was good, cleanliness excellent, and they were good at squirting ‘gel’ at you before going into restaurants or the gym.
Everyone was extremely friendly.
It is a big ship! Disembarking and embarking was very efficient, finding luggage much easier by number rather than by deck.
