First time on Cunard,having done most of our cruising with Royal Caribbean so could not help drawing some comparisons.
The ship was beautifully decorated for Christmas throughout setting a high standard,the crew were very friendly and obliging .
Surprised that no USB ports in our stateroom and only one socket we could find .
Menu in the Main dining room was limited,no fallbacks unlike Royal Caribbean.
Entertainment good.
Level of housekeeping very good,room serviced twice a day unlike Royal Caribbean’s once a day and chocolate on pillow a nice touch.
