Checking in dreadful.
We completed the online check-in app and had a time slot 12:30.
Upon arrival we joined a long queue extending a long distance from the terminal building.
It seems everyone with online check-in was on an express pass! Rather than seating people arriving earlier than their time slot until the time issued, we were all hearded in at a slow pace……Not a good start.
We have cruised many times with Celebrity and never before experienced such chaos.
However once on board, the excellent staff were quick to make us welcome which continued throughout the cruise.
The berths at some of the ports were way out of town (in particular Copenhagen) again not as previous times we have visited.
The ship is glowing with its cleanliness and looks new in many areas.
Overall a lovely experience once aboard.
Scandinavia is a lovely area to sail to especially the sail in and out of Stockholm.
