First impressions of the ship were amazing.
Having sailed on the Arvia a few times I knew the ship would be beautifully decorated at Christmas.
Unfortunately the cabin was not what we expected.
We had a balcony with a door and a window which we didn’t expect having had sliding balcony doors previously.
There was barely room to get out of bed and squeeze through a gap of roughly 20cm.
The structure which held the door frame must have had cables running through them which rattled during the night, waking both my husband and myself constantly.
The entertainment was was the usual recycled acts and the Limelight acts both swore which was both unprofessional and disappointing.
The food was very predictable but the staff were always polite with a smile.
