We were made to queue outside for two hours before we even got into the terminal, once in there things were no better we had to join another queue before we got to the desk, the annoying thing was that the room was full of empty chairs, chairs that we were not allowed to sit on, we have cruised many times with P&O but this day was a disaster.
The Ventura is in need of a refit, it had spent three days having new carpets fitted but still suffered from water leaks all over the -place, entertainment was ok, food was not as good as in the past, staff were brilliant, we missed Bermuda due to bad weather but were unable to dock at Key West because of some dispute, getting into America was another nightmare, some of the trips were ok others were a waste of money, would we book Ventura again, I doubt it.
