Was not one of the best cruises we have been on we had not been on Arcadia was not overwhelming ship in its self was ok but food was often just warm or cold only had 2 hot meals in 40 nights even breakfast was cold unless you asked for poached eggs which were cooked to order.
Grill burgers pink and undercooked when challenged staff said they were rare obviously have no idea how to cook a burger.
Entertainment was pretty dire no good music bands absolutely nothing for the deaf community no subtitles or loop did not work in theatre so rubbish for deaf community myself included.
Cabin was ok even if it was the smallest cabin we have ever had Ans llaundry room so small and hot with only one iron and this ship does world cruises!!! Embarkment and disembarkment run smoothly.
Destinations good but why do they take you to unsafe islands lots of safe islands to visit? All in all would only rate this ship with 3 stars and would not rush to go on Arcadia again
