Had to queue at Southampton to embark whilst coach travellers were escorted straight into the terminal – why do they get preferential treatment? All chairs in the terminal were closed off – more queues to register.
Main restaurant menus have too many vegetarian/vegan options and some of the always-available dishes have disappeared.
The food served is not always as described.
Epicurian is trying to be fine dining but it is far from it.
I know it is summer but too many unsupervised kids on the ship – P&O have rules about kids in the hot tubs but never enforce them.
Cabin was well maintained and steward was helpful and pleasant.
Cruise itinerary was good especially overnight in ports.
Entertainment was same as we saw in Caribbean at Christmas .
Disembarkation was a shambles with delays to departure times.
