Cabin too small.
Extra charges on Ice-cream etc.
Dirty upholstery in buffet.
No luxury items eg.
Dressing gown and slippers.
Daytime itinerary not great.
Cruising is advertised and perceived as a luxury holiday, however over the years the luxury elements have slowly declined.
The positives are that most of the staff were lovely and worked very hard and the shows were excellent.
Also the ship including the decor etc was very nice.
