The ship was pretty and well maintained.
Staff were mostly friendly and helpful.
Breakfast in MDR was chaotic on all but the last morning.
We found the fact that everything (quizzes, announcements etc) was in multiple languages to be tiresome, everything took so long.
Entertainment was too lively for us, we really wanted to find a quieter area where we could sit and talk to other people.
Our accessible cabin was a great size and well maintained.
However, it didn’t have have a pull-down rail in the wardrobe and there were no automatic doors anywhere, which is a shame in a newer ship.
On the whole, we had a reasonably good time but MSC is not a good fit for us.
