We were told before hand how good the Westerdam is so we had high expectations.
The ship was very dull and boring.
Entertainment was terrible and on sea days there was nothing to do only make origami animals and do colouring in – not what we paid 11,000 for.
2 bars we’re hardly open and the ocean bar was understaffed and not enough seating, we regularly waited 15 minutes to order our drinks.
The only ondeck outside pool and sunbeds was for smokers, although outside you could still see/smell the smoke.
The other pool was inside with a roof that opened but was too stuffy and not enough sunbeds.
Why did smokers get priority over the pool and sunbeds.
The staff we’re lovely and room was clean but overall this was not a very exciting ship – we we’re very dissatisfied
