Having first cruised 70 years ago this month with P&O Orient line SS.
Orcades I believe this latest cruise on Aurora I found very disappointing for the first time.
The queueing on board from the first night for the Carmen restaurant to the last morning of the cruise.
When having to get up so early 6-15am then going to one’s waiting area before being herded like cattle along the corridor of deck five before eventually getting off the ship at ten.
Both myself and my wife found it totally disgusting.
Overall organisation on Aurora needs seriously being looked into.
Lack of information being sent out on numerous occasions.
As for the food in the Carmen lot to be desired eg Chefs Choice.
I had lamb cutlets along with two other people on the table or three of us had to send these back,all we had was a load of fat.
Now the good points the shows in the theatre were excellent with outstanding performances from the dancers @singers, along with Tucker.
Having been on Aurora numerous times in the past including Transatlantic trips , we shall certainly require convincing that improvements have been made for returning.
