The Iona ship is extremely big and I thought the signage all over the ship was extremely poor and found several older people lost and needed assistance in finding where they were heading.
The cleanliness was excellent as was the food in all departments, fine dinning, snacks, self service area etc, the only disappointment was the SINDHU which we had to pay extra for and a total disappointment.
I would like to complain about the entertainment and who managed this section.
The ship has mainly an elderly clientele and the entertainment was not geared around these customers and nothing had the wow factor and from my previous trip on the Britannia was a real disappointment.
I would like to point out since the gratuities stopped and are part of the package the bar staff are not as attentive as they were on previous cruises.
Lastly for the ship to run out of orange juice at breakfast for the last 4 days is just bad management in this section.
I can only give a 6 out of 10 for this cruise.
