It’s a good idea, after all the months this ship has been out of service, to paint the exterior and varnish rails where guests are relaxing.
A lot of carpets in public areas were grubby at the edges and carpets in all lifts were very dirty and smelled.
I couldn’t swear that in 16 nights the duvet cover or bedsheets was changed.
What was on bed was old and “pilled” on leading edge, yuk !! The overall cutbacks in level of services no longer makes them worth the money and definitely only 3* Chairs on Promenade Deck covered in white paint splashes and awful to look at especially in decent clothing.
Just too many standards have slipped and after 12 years will not be using them again.
