We were extremely disappointed with our suite on Aurora & will never cruise with P & O again.
They charged top price for a very inferior suite with a balcony smaller than a deluxe balcony & was in the most disgusting state.
We did 21/2 world cruises on P & O when they were up there with the best but they have very obviously decided to change their target market.
The food in the Medina Restaurant was fairly good & the entertainment was very good.
Breakfast in Sindu was the highlight of our day where we had wonderful service & the choice was excellent.
Most of the staff were most helpful but some of the reception staff needed a course in customer service! Our butler Ashley was one of the redeeming features of our cruise who did his utmost to give us the luxury we had paid for.
The customer service manager Anthony de Sousa went out of his way to make our cruise more acceptable as for the first 4 days we were unable to use our spa bath in our bathroom as the water was not hot enough!
My advice to anyone contemplating an expensive suite or mini suite on Aurora is don’t bother.
