Arvia was clearly not ready for its maiden cruise.
Basic issues with ship, items missing from cabins, lifts not working.
Staff not trained and not enough on the ship for 5000 customers.
Software issues, Wi-Fi non existent and expensive.
Food atrocious in meridian and zenith.
Christmas table booked for 19:45 in Zenith, after queuing we eventually got to our table just after 22:00.
Food started to arrive 23:00 and we left the restaurant 00:15 (Boxing Day) after being served the worst Christmas dinner I have ever had.
Needless to say I left most of the dinner and my starter didn’t arrive because they had run out of terrine !!.
We were not given free drink and couldn’t order a drink as there wasn’t a wine waiter.
We were not served coffee or sweet course and ending up visiting the buffet early hours Boxing Day deck 16 as we were all still hungry.
The worse cruise I have ever been on and it will be my last with P&O.
