I have only given P&O one star because zero was not an option.
Approximately 9 months ago, we booked a P&O cruise to Norway on 13th September.
We booked a wheelchair accessible cabin for my disabled son and daughter.
Now, the clue is in the name of the cabin, wheelchair accessible.
Surely logic suggests an evacuation chair should be allocated, but no! Two days ago, we received an email saying they had reached the limit of evacuation chairs and we were unable to go on the cruise!
Devastating news for us having been managing in temporary accommodation for three months while major works were carried out on our home.
Their treatment since the email is even worse.
No phone call, no immediate refund and impossible to get through to them by phone.
I have spent a total of six hours listening to music and recordings of how great they are.
I pressed 1 for a call back on Tuesday and am still waiting! I sent an email and they said they will respond within ten days!
This is the second time we have been badly treated by them but they will never get the chance to do this to us again!
Disgusting company and very poor treatment of disabled people!
