Too busy and not enough staff.
Entertainment was rubbish apart from the last night.
The restaurants were saying fully booked on the app but only half full.
On the formal night, people in ball gowns and tuxedos had to eat in the buffet because they couldn’t get a table in any restaurant.
We’ve been on a lot of cruises and this was the worst by far.
Other guests that have been with P&O before said it’s never been as bad.
We’ll never go on another P&O again.
