Xmas cruise on Arvia.
Staff friendly and courteous.
Cabin mini suite was just a glorified balcony cabin & not worth the significant additional cost.
Food and services not up to the standard and quality as previous years and clearly their business model has changed from a quality service to cheap and cheerful.
Long queues for everything.
Entertainment good.
Flight back to UK diverted to Dublin because Man airport temporarily closed.
Just dumped at Dublin airport and wandering around aimlessly for 7 hours until hotel accommodation arranged.
Appalling customer service by both P & O and TUI airlines neither of whom could care less.
Will never book another cruise holiday with P & O.
