Having cruised with P&O on quite a few occasions we expected a first rate cruise.
We were disappointed.
Firstly by the shiP&Our suite.
It lacked any luxury expected–in fact the design of the suite made it quite small.
To gain access to some parts of the ship different lifts have to be taken.
The balcony very narrow.
To find the staff cut backs in the service areas was disappointing.
Cabin staff down to one, waiters lacking and very rushed.
Chaos in the free dining room–in fact and hour and a half wait at some times.
As a suite guest we had a cabin visit twice a day but I was led to believe that some cabins were only serviced once a day!.
The food was acceptable, but reduced to three courses unless you requested anything further.
The traditional cheese board has disappeared to be replaced by a miserly three pieces of thin cut cheese served on a plate.
All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
(All overworked).
Have booked an paid for the next P&O cruise but wish we had not done so before went on this cruise.
Would not recommend P&O in the future.
