Whilst we enjoyed our tour of Alaska, the actual journey getting there was a bit frought!.
We did eventually find our way to the right Doubletree Hotel but the instructions were a bit vague when you aren’t used to the airport.
There were 8 of us Brits doing this land tour first but during our travels within Alaska (which were very well organised) we were all on different coaches which was a shame.
And of course you can’t help the weather! Apart from that we enjoyed our holiday.
We were on the understanding that there was only 1 formal night on a 7 day cruise, but found out only we boarded that there were 2!
