I was really disappointed with P&O as they no longer do the handling of luggage from leaving home airport to outside cabin on board.
Everybody I know loved this, but we had to collect our own luggage and drag it up the car park at Valetta.
Why are P&O always at the top-furthest away? Not a pleasant way to start your holiday.
Thankfully return remains the same as before.
The ship is in need of a refurb, the staff did not seem as happy and friendly as on previous cruises.
A few years ago that couldn’t do enough for you, not any more! Also a problem with the toilets, four times ours didn’t flush and on the final day there was only one toilet working on public areas of the ship.
Not good enough P&O.
If they want to put prices up, then the service should be better, not worse.
