We do actually like Iona but have decided it’s too big and too crowded for us.
This was our second time sailing on Iona.
The first time was just after covid and the ship wasn’t full.
This time it was very busy.
The entertainment was a bit disappointing .
There were times when we couldn’t get into some venues because they were full.
The P&O holiday app doesn’t work as well as the Princess app.
Lifts were an issue at times.
For example, in the centre location five of the eight lifts stopped working on one day.
On a positive note, food was good and service was, as always, excellent.
However we will look for smaller ships in future and preferably adult only.
