Our cruise started well the ship was clean and the cabins spotless.
There were sufficient sun beds for our day at sea.
I enjoyed the entertainment.
The day time food was ok not a lot of variety Lunch was the same every day.
Evening dining was hit and miss.
We had a good experience in Piccadilly and Kora La the Silver fork was ok would not repeat especially as we paid extra.
Surf and Turf was appalling the steak was like leather.
Yes I did complain and was taken seriously.
Although nothing changed as when in the Kira La which is next door we witnessed patrons having to deal with exceptionally tough meat.
The lobster tasted of bleach.
We were offered 2 bottles of Prosecco.
Our trip to Pompeii started poorly we were kept waiting over half an hour at the gates whilst we were told they needed to get the tickets, mean while being eaten alive by mosquitoes.
The tour itself was amazing.
Our group drink gin and tonic and the free tonic was appalling.
We had to pay for tonic.
Not sure if I would go on a Marella Cruises again.
