We requested freedom dining, not available at time of booking, put on ‘Waitlist, still not available at time of boarding.
requested at the Grand Cuvee dining room as soon as we boarded, told they would not change it, we would have to go on the 8.30 sitting.
I explained I was diabetic, but they still would not change it.
So for 2 nights we had to use the buffet.
The 3rd night we went in the Grand Cuvee to ask again.
The lady on the reception said it’s not a problem to change, and did it straight away.
This was around 7.00 pm and we noticed how many tables were empty.
Very disappointed with Celebrity for this.
After all we paid a lot of money for this service,
