The ship was too big for my liking.
The smoking areas when I managed to find them were both on deck 18 – nowhere near the bars.
The staff were pleasant but overworked.
The cabin was nice and kept clean but no chocolates on the pillow and no biscuits anymore.
No welcome party anymore and only one sail away welcome drink between two.
Only 2 formal nights instead of 4.
P&O have definitely gone down in my estimation.
