I have made a formal complaint to MSC, as have our traveling companions John and Linda Phillips.
I concur with all of their comments.
I made a written complaint on day 5 of the cruise which I will send to you by separate email.
This ship is sub standard in respect of service in all bars and restaurants that we used, including the specialty Asian Fusion.
I would not book on this vessel again.
