Some good things itinerary was good nice ports.
The cabin was good nice balcony convenient for lifts and stairs.
The cabin steward very good.
Food was good particularly in Sindhu we dined most in Zenith very good service.
However Arvia is not for us.
Too big too many people not enough staff to cope with the numbers organisation very poor.
We made a big error we didn’t know it was Scottish half term.
To many unruly children drunk parents others loud brash.
Only pool I used adults only the others full of kids not usable.
Some shows spoilt by parents bringing babies to the 10.30 show not taking them out when crying making a noise.
Loud shouting teenagers outside theatre doors at 10.30 no staff to deal with it.
One passenger dealt with it shut the doors.
The buffet was horrendous at times it felt dangerous for anyone who was disabled.
Awful impatient rude people.
Getting off was a challenge we used taxis to avoid queues for shuttles.
We totally avoided some venues club house was awful the dome the same.
Our best spot keel and cow bar lovely spacious area until the music started for acrobats two floors below it literally went through your body so loud.
The last show in the theatre the same not enjoyable.
We were 3 hours late getting into Southampton due to storm Benjamin organisation was terrible dangerous crowds people nowhere to sit couldn’t get out the lift.
Staff didn’t care if disabled couldn’t sit down.
No provision for them awful.
Never again our friends completely put off cruising I’m not sure we will go again never on a big ship.
We have cruised for 25 years too many cuts now its not special anymore.
Our friends 60th anniversary we ordered flowers and fizz cabin steward made it nice with towel swans.
From P&O nothing gone are the days of a little cake baloons on the door card from the captain.
Such a shame.
