Ship was clean and majority of staff excellent
Restaurant Service was good,with exception of clearing plates from a table when people are still eating.
Told the server and his manager.
Totally bad manners, await until everyone has finished before clearing plates.
(Meridian Restaurant,) Same thing happened three nights later.
Excuse was he had to clear to serve next course, yet restaurant was quieting down not as if a further sitting and people waiting for tables.
Re training of both waiting staff and Managers .

spent more time chatting and sitting drinking with friends( two females and a male similar age.) Returned to Dj box put on another track and the dance floor cleared.
No thought or concept and working his audience.
Most people left as he just was not bothered.
