We had a wonderful trip to Canada, saw some wonderful sights and had great experiences.
The Aurora looks a bit tired in places but is kept very clean with continued maintenance while we were on board (very discreetly).
Staff were friendly and courteous, and would help if asked, however we noticed there were less helpers in the buffet area for those using walking aids.
There is also a lack of sommeliers so the head waiter has to take your drinks orders as well as your menu choices, which meant drinks were sometimes forgotten.
Food was nice but not exceptional, everything is served up and not presented as well as it could be.
I would say it was good home cooking at times but not al la carte.
We missed two ports in Canada due to high winds which is understandable but disappointing.
