In general, we had a lovely trip, I would highly recommend the itinerary.
Arcadia, is a smaller, older ship, which we like.
Storage in cabins is limited, it was just about OK for a month but I wouldn’t want to do a world cruise in one.
Likewise, we usually choose inside cabins and wouldn’t want to do that for a much longer cruise.
Staff levels do seem to have reduced since Covid (as they have pretty much everywhere) and this was particularly noticeable at mealtimes.
However, good table companions meant that the time passed pleasurably.
Food was OK, very good at times but sometimes rather bland – we certainly never went hungry though! There was a good mix of entertainment with talks, classical recitals, quizzes, crafts, cards, choir etc.
Of course, nothing’s perfect, but this came pretty close.
