The food is not as good as it was last year and the service was quite poor.
When placing orders for food, items were being missed off what we originally ordered and service was quite slow.
Usually we have been asked if everything is okay that was also lacking this time.
One night we ordered a bottle of wine, after 20 minutes it arrived but with no glasses we had to ask for glasses which we then waited another 10 minutes for them to arrive.
The entertainment was good and all areas was kept clean and tidy.
The only bad experience we had with entertainment was when 2 ladies who were quite drunk spoilt it by swearing and being loud in the planet bar when Jamie Lee was performing.
We feel the staff should have asked them to calm things down.
Destinations were good.
