Beautiful ship, friendly and helpful staff, great entertainment and very clean throughout but the food let it down.
Not hot enough, not enough variety and poor quality meats.
A further annoyance was with the need to be aware of the many extra charges that were requested.
Not just restaurants but theatre shows, very pricey shuttle buses and service charges.
After 3 days we had to complain about the noise at 2.00am each night which seemed to be due to the shops above us stocking up.
We were moved and upgraded.
Excellent embarkation and disembarkation so not all bad.
Main grumble was the food.
Address that and we would try MSC again.
