Enjoyed the cruise but, annoyed at cruise experience being determined by one’s ability to use the ‘app’.
Unable to access, what we thought we had paid for, unless we were app savvy.
Fellow cruisers experienced the same, some distressed by their experience.
Ship has all that one would wish for, other than a too small theatre, but on reflection Ship is too big for us.
Cabin not cleaned on one occasion we understand because we hadn’t put a ‘sticker’ on the door.Why not knock on the door and see if someone is in.? Where were the staff? Attended Portunas Club function, non hosted tables! Captain was heard but not seen.
