Joined the ship on 1July @ S/hampton.
First two days were as we were used to.
However as we approached warmer climes young children were seen unaccompanied, running about.(aged7/9)Some in groups of 3/4 were sitting on stair cases making it difficult to pass.
Even in the lifts on two occasions.
Poor service in both Cinnamon and Saffron restaurants.
40 minutes wait for our meal to arrive after ordering in the Cinnamon.
We decided to try Saffron the next night.I had to send the lamb meal back.
Had string in it, and was full of grissel.
Gave up hope on night four.
The wine order didn’t arrive.
Complaint to the Maitre’d, no effect.
On a more positive note the Epicuran restuarant was brilliant.
Good food, brilliant waiter service.
It sounds like I am just complaining for the sake of it.
It did happen.
This was our 18th cruise, and not the best.P&O are now in the “To be reconsidered box”
