Bolsover you were excellent as usual.
However, having cruised many times with P&O we were disappointed with iona.
Ship is dirty.
Stains on carpets throughout.
Windows never cleaned.
No security to control the ship.
Nearly a fight in the theatre and that was in disabled area.
Have to book everything but app did not work.
No 2nd turn down.
No chocs.
Unable to book restaurants in spite of full dress code compliance but people being let in shorts and t shirts.
P&O must decide what group they are trying to attract because they have lost us.
