So basic for a cruise ship.
Scruffy, under staffed, poor food and very expensive shore excursions.
The cabins are drab, with chipped mirrors, mould around the bath and leaking taps.
The air conditioning broke down 3 times.
The food in freedom dining was boring and cold most of the time.
The table setting were as per.
But if you wanted a steak knife, hard luck.
3 guests on my table ordered steaks, but when they asked for a steak knife, only one could be found! The Belvedere buffet also poor.
At times we had to clear a table as there wasn’t enough staff to cope.
Afternoon tea! No tea cakes or fruit flans.
Broken hot water boilers.
We washed our hands on entering the Belvedere but crew didn’t bother and didn’t cover nose and mouth when it became compulsory.
The entertainment over 48 nights wasn’t great.
The Headliners were very good and 3 or 4 guest artist were also good.
But that’s it.
Some have been doing the P&O rounds for years.
I’ve cancelled a cruise on Arcadia and transferred to Aurora.
