Through all our bad experiences prior and while on board, MSC seems to care about is the money they were making and not their guests satisfaction or happiness.
We were deceived twice in this trip just to get our money and it wasn’t professional at all.
The proposed solutions where all directed at us having to compromise with no resolution from the staff on board.
It is as if the customer has an issue.
MSC will keep talking over it till you stop complaining and the solution is at the customer expense only.
Trying MSC was a HUGE failure.
